Pizza lovers is our go to spot for local Italian food! Everything is delicious and freshly made. Our favorite dishes are the pizza (diavola) and the fettuccine Alfredo - both are amazing and great combo! Servers are friendly and parking is easy (extra parking behind restaurant). They often have performer (Frank Sinatra style) on Friday evenings. Prices are comparable to Olive Garden but I'd say more authentic and tastier (maybe not as big portion sizes but you don't need that anyway ha). It can get crowded so best to make reservations!
Always is a pleasure go to Pizza Lovers!! weston and Plantation! But today we have the honor to enjoy the good music of an excepcional musician!! Pizza Lovers is a mix of nice environment, lovably service ( today thanks to Lucia!!!) and food made with quality!!!
O M G - Pizza Lovers Bistro is such a hidden gem in Plantation. The moment I walked in, I felt like I traveled back to Italy for a moment. The owner was there and welcomed us, the service was excellent. Our server took the time to walk us through the menu being our first time. The Salmone in crosta di Pistacchio was my favorite dish and recommend giving it a try. The present was amazing. The ambiance is relaxed. I will be back during a weekend night for their live music and to enjoy other dishes. Cheers! Enjoy!
Great crowd for a Friday night. There was a singer serenading guests and just an overall lovely atmosphere. We had about a 30-minute wait since we didn't have a reservation, but we didn't mind since we could enjoy the music. I was pleasantly surprised with this local spot, I definitely enjoyed the meal. They are not just known for pizza. They also have an extensive pasta menu. We tried one pizza, the Martina, and one pasta, the rigatoni pasticciati. Since it was our first visit, we wanted to try it all. Both the pizza and pasta were flavorful. The pasta had a good spice to it. I should have tried something with tomato sauce to really get a feel of the place, so I'll have to try it again. We ended with the white chocolate pistachio cake for dessert. They were out of gelato, though, so I didn't get the full dessert, unfortunately. They are priced comparable to other Italian spots, with pasta dishes around $18-20. The dessert was $12, which is a bit pricey, but with inflation it's expected. They have an extensive menu, making it a bit confusing to make a decision. Overall, it is a good local spot with a nice atmosphere located in a little strip mall.
